Add or remove options from the dropdown lists on the order form. Changes take effect immediately on this computer.

Which prices are you editing?

Enter your per-pair prices. When an optician picks a Lens Type + Material (+ Treatment) on the order form, the Lenses charge fills in automatically: base price + treatment upcharge — from the Retail or Safety grid depending on the order's Account Type. Leave boxes blank for combinations you don't sell. The rows and columns come from your Manage Lists.

Base Prices — Lens Type × Material
Treatment Upcharges — separate grid for each Lens Type

Upcharges are added to the base price for this lens type. Enter 0 in the Clear/None row for combinations you sell with no treatment. Blank = not available — the order form will refuse to price that combination.

Safety Companies & Allowances

Each safety company pays up to its allowance per order; the employee pays anything over. Leave the allowance blank if the company pays the full amount with no limit.

Export (save a copy of your data)

Everything you enter (lists, prices, orders, inventory, patient flags) lives only in this web browser on this computer — it is not visible in your chat with Claude. Use Export to save a file of it. You can then:

  • Upload that file to Claude so your Manage Lists / Price Grid become the built-in defaults for every computer
  • Move your data to another computer or a fresh copy of the app
  • Keep it simply as a backup in case anything gets accidentally erased
Import (load a backup file)

Choose a backup file exported from this program. This will add to / overwrite matching items on this computer — it won't touch anything not included in the file.
